What is a Giclee Art Print?
Pronounced “zhee’ clay” the word Giclee comes from the French term “Gicleur”. Throughout the giclee printing process, ink is sprayed on to archival paper using an 11 colour injket speciality format printer. Used as a gallery and museum standard worldwide, Giclee’ prints are rated not to fade and are UV resistant, ensuring your print won’t degrade like regular paper.
How much is delivery and how are prints shipped?
Delivery for unframed prints is a flat rate of $10 Australia wide.
Prints are shipped rolled in a tube for a safe travel. Once you receive your print, we recommend laying it out gently with a paper weight or book on each corner to flatten overnight. Alternatively, please keep the art print rolled in its tube and give straight to the framer to avoid damage before framing.

Melbourne: 3-5 days, VIC, NSW, SA, ACT and QLD: 5-10 business days. WA, TAS and NT: 6-12 business days. If you live in a regional area, please allow an extra 3-4 business days to reach you.
Express Shipping
Express shipping is also available at additional cost, please contact us to organise. If your order is time sensitive, reach out and we will do our best to accommodate.
International Shipping
Yes, we can ship internationally. Please email us for a quote depending on worldwide location. Shipping with Australia Post is typically 3-5 weeks outside Australia.
Click and Collect Service Melbourne
For our Melbourne customers, we offer a click and collect service for prints purchased via our online store. Please select Pick Up on the checkout window. We will send you an email confirmation when your order is ready; typically orders will be ready within 24 hours for pickup.
My order arrived damaged or faulty
We try our very best to ensure your new art arrives safely to you and send out packages with care. Should your order arrive damaged or faulty, please retain the damaged packaging and product, and contact us to arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
Art and Framing Services
Do you provide framing for art prints?
Yes we do! We can frame it all; from our art prints, jerseys,
memorabilia, photographic prints, 3D objects to mirrors and canvases. There is no framing job too specific or unusual. Drop into the studio in Balwyn for a chat or contact us via email for a quote.

As a gallery at its core, we are enthusiastic about supporting artists. Whether it is fine art printing or framing, we can offer a wholesale rate for your next exhibition or client. We also run an artist showcase wall in our Melbourne gallery, drop us a line and tell us all about you and your

Payment Methods Accepted
We use Shopify checkout- which is easy to use and a safe and secure checkout. Payments accepted include VISA, Mastercard, Apple and Google Pay, and Paypal.
Returns/Change of Mind
We are happy to offer exchange or a credit note on online and store purchases in line with statutory rights in Australia. Return requests must be submitted within 21 days of the delivery date. Please ensure
the print is rolled in its original packaging and in sellable,
undamaged condition. Return shipping costs is the responsibility of
the customer. Custom printing and custom framing are not eligible for return unless faulty.
